A few days ago i made my first stone knife. A novaculite blade ( thicker than it should be...)  on a wild olive tree handle, with pine pitch and guts to hold it. Not the best knife, but i like it.

  1. That looks great - I really like your choice of handle. I love when they look well used on the day they are made!

  2. Nice knife! Some of my favorite stone knives are not the elegant looking ones, but the crude beat up looking knives that you are not afraid to abuse.

  3. Beautiful job. A knife that seems what had to be: an utility utensil.
