El otro día, mientras hacía mi primer cuchillo Hoko, cogí una lasca de silex grande de la montaña que empiezo a hacer con deshechos reutilizables y retocándola un poco (muy poco, como puede verse) y con un trozo de rama de granado hice este pequeño hacha. Abrí un poco la parte superior de la rama y acoplé la hoja, sujentándola con cuerda de cáñamo.
Few days ago, while making my first Hoko knife, i took a big flake from my`pile of broken and still usefull flint and working a little bit on it (just a little bit, as you can see) and with a piece of pomegranade as a handle i make this little axe. I opened a bit the top of the branch and fitted the flake there, tying it with hemp rope.
Totally cool! I love it!

ResponderEliminarI have made such myself, I find that they are more than good enough for most tasks. And so easy to replace!
